Safran, which means saffron in Turkish, is owned and run by chef Suleyman (known to his patrons as Sulo) and his wife, Natalie.
Sulo grew up in Mengen, by the Black Sea in Turkey. He comes from a long line of culinary excellence in the region and has brought his passion for incredible Turkish food to the Central Coast. He has years of experience working in some of the finest dining establishments in Istanbul.

After running a series of highly acclaimed Turkish events at another of their previous establishments, Sulo and Natalie have turned their attention to creating a truly unforgettable traditional Turkish experience for the Central Coast to enjoy.
