There are some great restaurants on the Central Coast, but where to go when it comes to wine?

We’re big believers in the mantra that you need a great wine to go with a great meal, so we’re constantly on the hunt for reds, whites and even spirits to add to our ever-growing bar at Safran.

It’s generally best to look at a wine that compliments your dish. Contrast is nice, but you’ve come for the food experience, so a complimentary wine that suits your palette is best.

We’ve had the pleasure of getting to know a lot of the Central Coast restaurant community and there’s certainly some great wine lists out there, but we’re passionate about lifting the bar even higher, so if you’ve got any great ideas for our bar menu, be sure to let us know.
